Dear Heartland Humane Society,
We adopted Kodiak, a 3 year old Siberian Husky mix on November 29 (the Saturday after Thanksgiving). We took a bunch of pictures and wanted to share some with you.
He is certainly a joy and as wonderful addition to our family!
The first picture is of Kodiak getting a drinking under the watchful eye of the matriarch of the family, Yukon. As you can see, there is a carpeted ramp leading up to the dog door making it very easy for the "kids" to get in and out.
The second picture is of all four dogs. Of course there is Kodiak in the background at the water dish with Yukon looking on, the all white Siberian in the front (with his tail to the camera!) is Sitka, and the dog between Sitka and Yukon is Juneau.
The third picture was taken the next day when it snowed. (Kodiak is on the left and Sitka is on the right) All the dogs love being in the snow and these two "brothers" were in heaven!
