Tony

Hi Barb! Just wanted to drop you a line and a pic to show you how well your baby is doing! He's an absolute dream and we are so happy!

Kodiak

Dear Heartland Humane Society,

It has been a year since we adopted Kodiak from you. In November 2008, he was 3 years old, underweight and had some digestive issues. We put him on the same diet as our other dogs with high quality food (dry and canned) along with digestive enzymes and lots of healthy treats. With a good diet plus a 2 acre back yard and 3 other dogs to play with, he quickly put on about 20 lbs and is now at his ideal weight of around 85 lbs. He had no trouble getting comfortable with us and he has no doubt made this his forever home. We don’t know why anyone would give him up (but we are glad they did!)

Here is Kodiak today and as you can see, he has filled out nicely!

Sincerely,
Scott & Cindy Schultz

Unfortunately for us, we see that Timber has already been adopted. We have another all white Huksy male in addition to Kodiak and are really drawn to them.

Kelly

Hi Angie-
Here is a picture of Kelly that I took over the weekend for her 3rd birthday. It's also been almost a year since I adopted her, so it's our anniversary picture, too. She isn't really supposed to be on that rocker, but she doesn't listen. :) She wasn't scratching, so I figured there was no reason to make her move, and she looked so pretty that I had to get her picture.

All the kitty-girls are doing well. Everybody is happy and healthy and active and affectionate (and spoiled - Kelly most of all!)

Josh

Just wanted to let you all know that we love our Chase!! His name used to be Josh.
He loves his big back yard. He always runs hugh circles and is so happy. He fits in this family just fine.
I'll send more pic's soon !!!!
